I propose that a global structure covered in oil be placed in populated areas related to the environment in order to better raise awareness to all planetary issues. Perhaps all sites where oil spills took place could also serve as great locations for this global structure. Heavily populated city locations (such as New York City parks) might serve as ideal locations as well. Another perfect location for the global structure in oil: all gas stations. Furthermore, a replica should certainly be placed in Theodore Roosevelt National Memorial Park, perhaps right next to a monument of Theodore Roosevelt himself.
